From Crisis to Transformation: Compressing a Seminar into 15 Minutes

In 2025, renowned transformational coach, therapist and public speaker Janis Santaella approached us with a challenge: She had been invited to speak at a large international conference. Her concern: she is used to hosting seminars, transformational events and speeches that last hours. But in this event, she only had 15 minutes.
How could she compress her lessons, her method, her message and still deliver it effectively and in an attractive way?
Our approach: We explained that we would meet over several sessions and build a solution through progressive iterations to guarantee that while building the delivery means for her message, it would still remain her own message and be expressed in her own authentic way.
Building the Narrative
We met repeatedly, taking her methods, messages, and vision and structuring them into a system of flows and actionable components with phases, actions, and narrative and metaphorical symbols. Then we built four different narrative structures, each with its own emotional arc, visuals, messages, complete text and step-by-step instructions for the entire 15 minutes.
